Chelmer Mouldings worked on this project for 16 months for a prestigious luxury property developer. We produced and installed

all of the bespoke GRP Block Cornice for the exterior; the perimeter of the property measured 80m. We also produced 5 bespoke

cornice mouldings to be used around the whole house, including creating custom made cornices to allow for air conditioning

vents and lighting effects. The property has a very large swimming pool in the basement where we created a bespoke GRG cornice

to suit the decor and also incorporate lighting.
